Well done. A collection of wonderful posters that determine the facets of our learning community. Could each group add some comments below to expand on some of these facets?

As I said yesterday, the great thing is that even though you all had the same topic to discuss and represent on your posters, each group's collective personalities make each one different enough to demonstrate how we all see the same thing differently (hope that makes sense). Looking forward to working with you all thi year - and beyond
It’s great that we all had similar ideas and therefore have a strong understanding of a successful learning community. I found it very interesting that even though we come from very different backgrounds and life experiences that we can all work together in a successful learning community, where we all value respect, support, collaboration, trust, encouragement and development.
I agree with you Veronica, as well as everyone else who has commented so far! I also found it interesting that we all had very similar values, despite variants such as age, gender and differing life experiences. I think respect is one of the values that I find most important as without it, I don't believe we would be able become supportive of each other or trust one another in our collaborative learning environment.
Very well said veronica, i could have not said it any better myself. Respect is very important and is almost the underlying thing that brings all the facets together. If we are unable to respect one another how are we able to support each other and work as as a team. The next three years are going to have some trying times, but i believe that the respect that we all have for one another will allow us all to be very successful over the next three years and beyond.
I agree, I thought it was great, and was surprised that as a class we were all on the same page as to what we wanted in our learning community. I believe this is especially important as we will be working closely with one another for the next three years, and that this congruity is important for us all to thrive and reach our potential.
From this first group task I felt as though we have already begun to form a really supportive team and I love the fact that we are all in this together, working towards the same goal. I'm really looking forward to developing and learning together as a group and am excited to be part of the 2012 BOH class.
I agree with everything that has already been said and am feeling confident in the year ahead, knowing that we are all going to have a lot of support from each other and the teaching staff.

I especially liked it when one group talked about staying positive, as I believe this will be a big thing to keep in mind throughout the year!

Well said everyone! I think it's great we are all different people from different backgrounds but all share the same beliefs and the same goal. I am excited to spend the next 3 years working together with a supporting and friendly group of girls ad guys and putting all these facets into practice. I look forward to working together as students, colleagues and friends to strive to achieve our shared goal.
I completely agree with what everyone has said! I love working in groups, not only is it a fantastic way to learn, but I feel as though we are all starting to bond creating great friendships, and its only week three! Everyone is so equally passionate about this course, I think we are all going to do so well and have a fantastic three years together!
